Libertad Espiritual/Spiritual Freedom

I made this video in 1995 for my family. Later, it was used as an educational tool in several universities and a few organizations, as well as an example of narrative therapy at a conference at Northwestern University. It was also used at a project called "Maria" in Venezuela.

This was a time when I lost my relationship of eight years. I had lost my job, besides I was very sick with the HIV virus. I pretty much didn't have a place to go, but I dared to dream.

I exercised the power of non-resistance to “What Is”. Not wanting and resisting “what is” causes us suffering, at the same time, whatever we resist persists and whatever we fight against we strengthen.

Much later was when I decided to write “Trust What Is”. For this book to be born the process was needed. It’s a fictional memoir based on the concept of quantum physics, where everything is possible.

We are all able to connect with that field.

Life to us is a mystery, but we are that mystery.

With all my love and respect,
argenis

New Consciousness Mind: "Trust What Is" by Argenis Vegas

www.createspace.com/4799213

Suffering can be the greatest catalyst for transformation. It can help you discover your own essence and connect with the field of all possibilities.

You have the opportunity to navigate the flow of life and be with “what is” at that moment. Rather than fight against the natural current, be present in it.

Those who oppose us are not our enemies, but our teachers. Offer them no resistance.

This story attempts to point to that which is beyond words, and cannot be grasped by the mind—the unified nature of existence, which lies beyond the conditioning and the dualistic perception of life.

My wish is that it will encourage you to welcome differences, thus creating a more peaceful, loving world, and to inspire you to see and go beyond the circumstances in your life.

No matter how difficult your situation is at this present moment, may you realize how blessed and loved you truly are, as George Bailey discovered in It’s a Wonderful Life.
