In The Space of No-thingness Everything is Possible.

In The Space of No-thingness Everything is Possible.

Our own suffering can be seen as a gift, because it helps us see that within that same suffering we can see the other side of the coin, if only we give ourselves that opportunity.

You have to stay in close contact with the energy that arises and that you feel in your body from your own experiences at every opportunity. Without trying to change anything, just watch what happens in your body. For example, if you feel fear, jealousy, anger, sadness, guilt, depression and so on, do not be afraid and surrender into that experience. Dropping the story that creates it and staying with the feeling or sensations in your body.

As you maintain that presence and integrate it into your life experiences in that way, over and over again, a sense of peace, stillness, silence is manifested in each and every one of your experiences. It’s that sense of presence who we really are, as you abide in that presence with any experience in your life a natural sense of joy arises. This is the other side of the coin. Then, your actions come directly from that space of understanding, where everything is possible and there is not separation o limitations.

You can also use your breath to keep this presence and then return to the sensations in your body. This can help you discover your own essence and connect you with that field of all possibilities. You are not the wave, you are the ocean. This would give you the opportunity to navigate with the flow of life and be with what is at that moment.

You can change it with your own observation and relaxation in all your experiences and rather than to go against it be present with it. Everything you fight against it you strengthen, and everything you resist persist.

In the world of forms we are bound by the law of matter and rule by the five senses; But in the space of not-thing, everything is possible and there is no limitations and an endless fountain of compassion, patience and simplicity. This is what we cultivate in meditation, the formless part of ourselves. Moving more from being to non-being, synchronizing mind and body. This is the perfect combination of violent action taking place in an atmosphere of total tranquility. It’s almost like a mutation that needs to happen for transformation. To go beyond the senses is just an evolutionary process, and a natural process for a human beings realization. As we abide in that presence in every single experience, and completely integrate it in our life, then it becomes fully who we are.

This can be seen in so many different ways, hence we have so many religions and points of view explaining the same thing. The song is always the same, but the melody may be different.

We all sing the same song, but ultimately we have to find our own melody, just as all ancient sages had done and shared with us.

Man cannot understand matter until he can grasp the concept that it manifested from
no- thing, and it evolved and changed through its own thought. And this not-thingness is imprinted in everything. Therefore, from this not-thing everything is possible and there are no limitations. Just as the number zero, within itself is just a reference point
not negative, not positive. Everything arises and falls back into it and it’s limitless. This not-thing is in fact everything.

All types of mental activity and identification create confusion and separate us from whom we really are.

We are not what we think, but thought is part of it. We are not our experience, but our experiences are born from it. And it's like a mirror that reflects everything but the mirror is not affected by these reflections. It remains intact. This is just a metaphor that points to what we are. There's nothing pure or impure in that. Everything is equal and born from that. There is no separation from it. But as we live in this world of duality and relative separateness, we are bound to the fruit of our actions. This fruit may be sweet or sour according to the seed that was planted. This all just begins with a thought in the world of forms.
